„This white wine preserves its pronouncedly subtle fragrances, reminiscent of flint-stone, with mild hints of green apple and traces of medicinal herbs, for several days in the glass. High-structured with a body that is neither full nor lean. With acids that are not aggressive yet extremely lively, its 14 percent alcohol by volume content passes unnoticed. Mild notes reminiscent of forest fallen leaves are detectable in the remarkably long finish. Best enjoyed at temperatures not higher than 12 to 13 ºC so that its full elegance can be revealed.”
