Rewards Program
Effective as of April 1, 2009

Beginning April 1, 2009, we are introducing a new loyalty program designed specifically with our most valued customers in mind. To express our appreciation for your continued business in a tangible way, we are offering exclusive rewards to our frequent shoppers for their purchases made in the Monarchia Borkereskedelmi Kft. Wineshops and on orders placed online.*

How to register for the Rewards Program?

To qualify for the Rewards Program, all registrants must meet the following criteria at the time of registration: solely natural persons aged 18 and over; legal persons; and business associations lacking the legal status of a legal person may apply. Participation in this program is free of charge.

What personal data am I required to provide in order to join the Rewards Program?

At the above locations, a detailed invoice, specifying the name of the customer, for future references, at the time of the given purchase,  will be issued to those interested in joining our Rewards Program. All future relevant purchases henceforward, will be tracked and kept on file, linked to our internal billing system. Customers will be identified by name, address of residence/ billing address, e-mail address and telephone number, as supplied by and consented to the disclosure thereof by customer. For record-keeping purposes and future reference by Monarchia Borkereskedelmi Kft., customers must consent to their personally identifiable data being entered into, processed by and kept record of in the data system of Monarchia Borkereskedelmi Kft.. Monarchia Borkereskedelmi Kft. shall handle all such personal data as supplied by its customers as highly confidential, and shall not disclose any whatsoever thereof to third parties.

What requirements must I meet in order to start taking advantage of the Rewards Program benefits?

Customers, whose total purchase(s) made in our participating Wineshops and/or on our online webshop, as listed above, amount to HUF 50,000 or more, within one year (365 days), are eligible for our Rewards Program discounts. Once the qualifying annual amount, as required, has been met, all applicable discounts will be automatically honored and applied to the future purchase(s) made in our Wineshops, whereas in the case of online orders, eligible customers will be notified via e-mail or by telephone of their applicable discount, subsequent to the processing of their order(s) placed and the verification of their rewards eligibility.        

What are the benefits of joining the Rewards Program?

– A discount of 8% off the regular retail price on every wine purchased;
– A monthly e-newsletter, exclusive offers, special discounts and   up-to-the-minute promotions sent directly to your inbox.
 
I have been a loyal, frequent shopper with Monarchia; Are there further preferred status levels I can reach in order to receive even more discounts and enjoy extra savings, in addition to those described in this basic Rewards Program? 
 
To show our utmost appreciation for your continued loyalty, our most valued, frequent customers, whose qualifying purchases total a minimum of HUF 250,000 per year, will be automatically upgraded to elite status, entitling them to an automatic discount of 12% off regular retail prices.      

I have been receiving a Monarchia Wine Club discount on my purchases in the past; What does it take me to upgrade to the new Rewards Program?  

As long as your current Monarchia Wine Club membership is valid, you will continue to qualify for the applicable discounts, and enjoy the privileges of your existing membership, in accordance with the terms and conditions and pertinent provisions governing our former Monarchia Wine Club program. Should you fail to meet the updated requirements, as set forth in our newly revised Rewards Program terms and conditions (see details), following the expiration of your Wine Club membership, your current Monarchia Wine Club membership will be automatically terminated, unless your qualifying purchases have totaled a minimum of HUF 50, 000 per year while your current membership was still in effect. However, should your former privileges and eligibility had been terminated under the new provisions, you will still be automatically entered into our new Rewards Program system, and are invited to continue to accumulate your future purchases so as to qualify for our new Monarchia Wine Club loyalty program.       
 
* Monarchia Borkereskedelmi Kft. reserves the right to make amendments to the terms and conditions of this Rewards Program, as outlined above whilst not fully inclusive of all pertinent provisions, and to terminate the Rewards Program, in part or in its entirety, at any time, with due notice to its participants thereof.
